I don’t use them personally, but I train with a few women who do. I’ve noticed some of the side effects and they’ve mentioned it too.
But I didn’t know what to look for and how many alternatives there were – so while I’ll probably still choose not to use any (my goals are just to stay active), I’ll pass this along to my friends who want different results than I do. Maybe it’ll help them make some good choices, or to switch to something with fewer (or no) side effects.
Dianabol – A simple yet effective oral steroid that can give impressive development and muscle mass are its strong points. Expected side effects are the usual oestrogenic and androgenic related to steroid intake. A typical beginner oral bulking cycle dosage is 30 mg per day and will run for five weeks. Dianabol is known to cause liver damage. One should avoid using it than the prescribed amount of time. PCT will start at the end of the cycle and will need three weeks. A 12 week down time is suggested before starting another cycle.
